Mom's Lasagna

This recipe really did come from my Mom. In fact, she cooked it. She is used to making a large dish of lasagna and lately has been having more leftover... so she concluded that she is able to give a portion of the lasagna to myself. Who am I to complain? Delicious meal that I don't have to cook... sign me up! I heated it in a loaf pan (this is what she put it in) in the oven for 30 minutes. Made a quick salad. Cooked a batch of the generic brand of round biscuits. I tweaked them by adding garlic salt & shredded cheese. Instant meal!
